Job Information

• Develop the business strategy for the assigned region.
• Lead a highperformance team to achieve sales and profitability objectives.
• Implement effective marketing and sales plans for each commercial channel.
• Analyze the market and new trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor and manage the budget of the assigned region.

Job Requirements

• Business Marketing or related careers.
• Minimum experience of 5 years as Regional Country Manager or similar positions in mass consumption companies.
• Experience managing marketing channels: traditional modern wholesale etc.
• Experience being responsible for the commercial objectives of at least two countries in Central America.
• Extensive experience in negotiations.
