Operation Supervisor

Salary : AED 6000 to 8000

Job Overview: The Operations Supervisor for Paint Protection and Sun Protection Film within our luxury car division will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the operational processes. This role requires strong leadership skills attention to detail and a deep understanding of automotive paint protection and sun protection film installation techniques. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational abilities and the ability to effectively manage a team to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of the paint protection and sun protection film installation process for luxury cars ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
2. Supervise and coordinate a team of technicians providing guidance training and performance evaluations to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
3. Manage inventory levels of materials and supplies necessary for installations ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
4. Conduct quality control inspections on completed installations to ensure adherence to company standards and customer satisfaction.
5. Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
6. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
7. Maintain a safe and clean working environment adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
8. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
9. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for technicians to ensure they are proficient in the latest installation techniques and product knowledge.
10. Stay informed about industry trends new products and technologies related to automotive paint protection and sun protection film.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive paint protection and sun protection film installation with at least 2 years in a supervisory role and managing the team .
• Strong leadership abilities with the proven ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Detailoriented with strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
  Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of luxury car brands and their specific paint protection requirements is preferred.
