IT Specialist

• Analyze troubleshoot and resolve network and IT issues impacting the systems.
  
• Install configure and maintain computer systems and networks
  
• Monitor and maintain server infrastructure and network security
  
• You need to make sure all the Marketing applications and computer networks are working as Company standard.
  
• Always connect with our IT marketing and advertising team.
  
• Provide technical advice and assistance to office staff as needed.
  
• Implement and oversee backup and recovery procedures
  
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
  
• Assist with the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades
  
• Collaborate with the team to improve IT services and support
  

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
  
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in IT support or related roles is a plus.
  
• Knowledge in new trends and innovations about AI tools
  
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and network systems
  
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
  
• Good communication and friendly behavior
