- Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.
- Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with ISO standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function.
Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability
- Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures, controls, applicable legislation, and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices.
Reports
- Provide inputs to prepare Section MIS and progress reports for Company Management.
Internal Communications & Working Relationships
- Daily interactions with staff within the department and division regarding project , including project geologist/geomodeler, geophysicist, petrophysicist, reservoir engineer, drilling and petroleum engineer
External Communications & Working Relationships
- Frequent contacts with OPCO's drilling and operations geologist staff, ISHs and SPC company's staff on joint studies or exploration projects carried out by the OPCOs or SPC companies.
- Frequent contacts with consultants and service provider / contractors on projects carried out for ADNOC Biogenic-Shallow Gas Project, and also with the OPCOs or SPC companies.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Geology or Engineering Geology
Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Minimum 8 years of experience in all aspects of exploration/development operation geology and drilling. Experience with geological and office software applications.
- Presentation skills and experience with writing of technical reports.
