Should be Experienced in below
WPA (Water purchase agreement contracts).
Financial Model.
Financing documents.
Project Company experience.
Accounting in SPV, special purpose vehicle (SPV), also called a special purpose entity (SPE).
TAX in SPV.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Administration or Accounting, or a related field.
UAE/GCC experience in the EPC or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting or purchase agreement contracts
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency MS Office Suite.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
