Job Description:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives and targets.
• Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals including marketing managers coordinators and specialists.
• Oversee all aspects of marketing including brand management product marketing digital marketing and advertising.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends customer needs and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales product development and finance to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns promotions and events to drive brand awareness customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics ROI and KPIs to measure effectiveness and optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
• Stay updated with emerging trends technologies and best practices in marketing and digital media.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field. Masters degree preferred.
• Proven experience in marketing leadership or management roles.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles strategies and techniques.
• Experience with digital marketing social media and online advertising.
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
