• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision goals and roadmap.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities and trends.
• Develop product strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps outlining the vision goals and milestones for highdefinition products.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback market trends and business objective

• Lead project planning efforts defining project scope goals and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate resources and activities to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

• Gather and prioritize product requirements through stakeholder engagement and market research.
• Define clear and concise product specifications user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Work closely with crossfunctional teams including engineering design marketing and sales to align project and product initiatives.
• Foster collaboration and communication to drive product innovation and project success.

• Oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.

• Develop and manage budgets for product development and other related activities.

• Project management best practices to monitor and control project progress.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Ensure adherence to project timelines budgets and quality standards.

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project and product status risks and issues.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and transparency.

• Analyze project and product performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Gather user feedback and market insights to drive product enhancements and optimizations.

• Drive the implementation of automation solutions leveraging cuttingedge technologies and best practices.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in product management roles preferably in the technology or software industry.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 certification required.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) and product development processes.
• Experience in implementing automation solutions using tools and technologies such as RPA AI machine learning etc.
• Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Creative problemsolving skills and a passion for driving innovation.

• Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Previous experience in leading crossfunctional teams and managing product portfolios.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and usercentered design processes.
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project JIRA or Asana.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for automation deployment and management.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align project and product initiatives with overall business strategy.
