Provides expertise and support the development maintaining and implementation of Health Safety Sustainability and Environment (HSSE) Requirements. Ensures that HSSE system meet the applicable ADNOC HSSE Requirement as applicable.
Plan and monitor implementation of HSSE system in all areas of company operations follow up on corrective actions by respective area owners to ensure timely closure and acts as a driving force for implementation of continuous improvement process in the area of HSSE.
Compliance checks & monitor the implementation of ADNOC HSSE Management framework at ADNOC City Gas sites in compliance with ADNOC HSSE standards and international industry HSSE best practices. To provide expert advice and assistance on HSSE aspects.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience including at least 5 years in HSSE in oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
- Knowledge related with relevant HSSE policies procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards best practices and ADNOC HSE Standard.
- Knowledge of HSE Management System related of O&G Industry
- Good knowledge of international standards e.g. API ASME NFPA ANSI and IGEM Standards relevant to HSE.
- Exposure HSSE Studies includes HAZOP HAZID QRA HSSEIA and other compliance related studies.
- Experience of undertaking Audits to International and local standards
Knowledge of rotating equipment such as turbines, compressors and auxiliaries including associated international codes such as API and ISO Comprehensive understanding of HE and other regulatory compliance requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Very good knowledge of spoken and written English language. Knowledge of Arabic is preferable. Professional Certifications Certified Training in RCM Modules preferred. Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Certified Reliability Engineer according to ASQ Vibration Certification - At least Category II (Category III preferred) according to ISO 18436-2. Lube Analysis Certification - At least Level II Machine Lubricant Analyst (MLA) (Category III preferred).
