Customer Service Representative - Emirati

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with product information pricing order inquiries and aftersales support.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and diplomacy striving to resolve issues to the customers satisfaction.
• Liaise with internal departments such as sales production and logistics to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall enhancement of our customer service operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and verbal).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customercentric approach.
• Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Arabic nationals are preferred.
