The role:
Plan, organize and draft valuations reports, information memoranda as well as build and review, financial models as well working on financial due diligence assignments where support is required.
Prepare complex financial models as per the industry best practices for large diverse corporations. Experience of working on financial models involving infrastructure projects would be a plus but not a pre-requisite.
Supervise, train and mentor associates and interns on assignments.
Have knowledge and hands-on practical experience of business valuations for tangible and intangible assets. Experience of purchase price allocations and valuing complex financial instruments would be a plus but not a pre-requisite.
