Key Responsibilities: General administrative support in the development and organization of fixtures, activities tournaments and events Support space booking requirements and requests, organizes travel logistics and equipment needs and monitors and maintains records and materials accurately according to relevant policies and processes Effectively contributes to the department’s calendars and scheduling documentation alongside the departments booking and reservation system and other utilized software functionality Also supports the organization of Coach/ Instructor training and development
