Quantity Surveyor

• :Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
• .Tendering & Contracts: Develop and manage tender documents, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts
• .Financial Reporting: Monitor project expenditures, produce financial statements, and manage contractor payments
• .Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies
• .Project Support: Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth and advise on contractual claims
• .Procurement: Oversee procurement processes and manage supplier relationships

.Qualifications

• :Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• .Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
• .Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
• .Excellent analytical, negotiation, and financial management skills
• .Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Excel, project management software)
