Conduct training needs assessments gap analyses and learning evaluations to identify learning objectives and priorities.
Design and deliver training sessions workshops and courses using various delivery methods and formats (e.g. instructorled elearning blended learning).
Create and curate learning content resources and materials to support training programs and initiatives.
Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of learning programs and interventions through feedback assessments and metrics.
Collaborate with subject matter experts trainers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
Provide coaching mentoring and support to employees and managers to enhance learning and development opportunities.
Stay updated with emerging trends technologies and best practices in learning and development.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Education Training Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience in learning and development roles preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles instructional design methodologies and training techniques.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and elearning authoring tools.
Excellent presentation facilitation and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships collaborate with stakeholders and influence change.
