- Support the Account Manager in managing a client portfolio in coordination with sales management operational and implementation teams and finance teams
- Renew the customer portfolio in coordination with the various stakeholders involved in customer relations (brokers insurers Cross Border teams operational teams customer service)
- Track billing and payment for programs
- Identification and monitoring of additional sales
Job Requirements
- Experience in account management and client portfolio coordination.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with sales operational implementation and finance teams.
- Ability to manage customer portfolio renewals coordinating with brokers insurers and crossborder teams.
- Proficiency in tracking billing payments and program financials.
