Job Information

• Ensure the wellbeing of your team and inform management of any difficulties encountered by staff;
• Manage the daily operations of the center;
• Be proactive in operations and deploy continuous improvement methods to optimize all processes;
• Manage the availability of appointments on internal management tool;
• Plan and lead staff meetings in collaboration with the supervisor(s);
• Define the needs of employees with the help of the Supervisor(s) and highlight them to the relevant crossfunctional departments;
• Promote and drive sales dynamics within the team.
