Job Description

Consultz is supporting a well renowned Investment Management client in the region to hire a Knowledge Management / Archiving Specialist.


This is a fulltime onsite role with our client located in Abu Dhabi. As a Knowledge Management / Archiving Specialist you will be responsible for managing and organizing company records implementing document management processes archiving analyzing data and information and ensuring effective information management.



Requirements


  • Bachelors degree
  • 2 years of experience OR fresh graduates completed Bachelors in Knowledge Management
  • Records Management and Document Management skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of recordkeeping regulations and best practices
  • Attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
