Job Title: Civil Project Manager/Construction Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: AED 20000 to AED 30000
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10 years of site experience in highrise building construction residential villas or hotels.
- Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Nationality: Lebanese Syrian or Iraqi (Palestinians and Egyptians will not be considered).
- Residency: Must be living and working in Abu Dhabi.
- Exclusion: Candidates currently employed by Trojan Construction will not be considered.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Civil Project Manager/Construction Manager to lead our construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing highrise buildings residential villas or hotel construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion ensuring projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams including engineers architects contractors and laborers fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets monitor expenses and ensure cost control measures are in place.
- Scheduling: Create detailed project schedules coordinate activities and manage timelines to ensure timely project delivery.
- Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure all work meets or exceeds project specifications and standards.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations and company policies promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
- Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies resolving any issues that arise during the construction process.
