Job Description

In this fastpaced role youll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and finished goods within our manufacturing operations. Youll be responsible for a variety of tasks including coordinating transportation managing inventory and ensuring ontime deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate and manage all aspects of the internal and external supply chain ensuring timely movement of raw materials components and finished products.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records implement effective stock control procedures and minimize storage costs.
  • Transportation Management: Organize and manage the transportation of goods including scheduling deliveries selecting carriers and negotiating rates.
  • Customs Clearance (if applicable): Oversee the customs clearance process for imported and exported goods ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Warehouse Operations Support: Assist with warehouse operations including receiving storing picking packing and shipping goods.
  • Production Support: Provide logistical support to production processes ensuring timely availability of materials and components.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and uptodate logistics documentation and prepare reports on inventory levels delivery schedules and other key metrics.
  • Quality Assurance: Contribute to quality assurance efforts by ensuring proper handling and storage of materials and products.

Youre an Ideal Fit if You Have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of logistics principles and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to identify and address potential logistical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments within the organization.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a strong asset.
