Financial
Identifying ways to sustain revenue on long term basis.
Achieve business targets both DBU BDU and other business channels including units
Ensure maximum renewal retention business conversions and cross sell
Try to build symbiotic relationship with customers for mutual growth.
Identify new streams of revenue growth/new products.
Build partnership with key insurers for higher revenue.
Work closely with marketing digital sales team to develop business development ideas /campaigns both in online and offline space. Improve visibility within the business / social circle.
Customer
Provide guidance to respective line managers to:
1. Overseeing and managing operational functions (u/w claims back office credit control)
2. Identify best practices and ensure uniformly implemented across the department. Share information with other departments
3. Create additional value exacting touch points for customers
4. Create IT platforms which improves customer service 5. Develop a system to have continuous customer engagement through seminars / other activities
Internal Process
1. Identifying key resources to implement long term strategy and executing the same.
2. Development of tiers of leadership with in the MR team and formation of smaller accountable verticals.
3. Periodic SWOT analysis within the support of the line managers and implementation of action points.
4. Budgeting goal setting and monitor performance for the overall growth of the MR unit.
5. Management information system showing trends/opportunities.
6. Identify strategies to position Gargash insurance in the online space on total customer solutions and increase market penetration.
People
1. Strategic planning for managing staff within the department and ensuring lowest levels of attrition
2. Motivate staff to take insurance qualifications
3.Develop mechanism to take employee feedback from internal sales units on a regular basis and shared with the staff
