• Coordinate accommodation allocation for new joiners.
• Provide visa assistance and guidance for employees.
• Develop and execute engagement strategies.
• Manage disciplinary procedures and ensure fairness.
• Process hiring and recruitment procedure.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Oversee training and development initiatives.

Payroll / HR Coordinator Dubai

• Process payroll accurately ensuring compliance with local laws.
• Maintain records of employee attendance leave and benefits.
• Assist in new hire onboarding and orientation.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Generate reports and analytics to track HR metrics and support decisionmaking.
• Preferably Arabic Speaker
