Job Description
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, providing coaching and performance feedback as needed.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and merchandising.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
