Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for marine and air transportation, vessel management documentation, contracts preparation and revision, tender documents preparation and revision, departmental budget preparation etc.
The candidate shall have good administrative background.
Able to prepare, review official business contracts, tenders with Marine companies, Civil Aviation, insurance companies for companies assets insurance related documentation, contracts, tenders etc. Good in accounting for departmental budget preparation etc.
Assist the Group Head in developing operational plans for the Transport section based on Company offshore requirement and seek necessary approvals and coordinate with team members.
