**Job Title: Web Designer (WordPress Specialist)**

**Job Overview:**

We are in search of a highly skilled and creative Web Designer with expertise in WordPress to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of web design principles and possess the ability to create visually appealing and functional websites using WordPress as the primary platform.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

2. Design and develop custom WordPress websites that align with client goals brand identity and industry best practices.

3. Create wireframes mockups and prototypes for WordPress websites ensuring userfriendly navigation and optimal user experience.

4. Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project needs and requirements.

5. Optimize WordPress websites for speed performance and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.

6. Implement responsive design techniques to ensure websites are accessible and visually appealing across various devices and screen sizes.

7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WordPress website development including compatibility performance and security.

8. Stay uptodate with the latest WordPress trends tools and technologies to continuously improve design and development processes.

9. Provide guidance and support to junior designers and developers working on WordPress projects.

10. Collaborate with web developers content creators and other team members to ensure seamless integration and functionality of WordPress websites.

**Requirements:**

1. Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Web Design Computer Science or related field.

2. Proven experience in web design with a strong portfolio showcasing WordPress projects.

3. Advanced proficiency in WordPress including theme customization plugin development and site optimization.

4. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator XD) and familiarity with prototyping tools.

5. Solid understanding of web design principles user experience (UX) design and responsive design techniques.

6. Knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript and PHP.

7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and technical solutions.

8. Detailoriented with a passion for creating visually appealing and usercentric designs.

9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

10. Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
