Finance Manager - Automotive Industry experience - Connecting Minds

The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join them. The Finance Manager will oversee all financial aspects of our operations within the automotive industry including budgeting forecasting financial analysis and strategic decisionmaking. This role requires a strong background in automotive finance and a proven track record of driving financial performance. Developing financial forecasts budgets and strategies based on analysis of financial data and market trends. Producing accurate financial reports (e.g. balance sheets income statements) and presenting findings to senior management or stakeholders. Identifying and mitigating financial risks through strategies such as hedging insurance or diversification. Monitoring cash flow optimizing banking relationships and ensuring liquidity to meet operational needs. Advising on investment opportunities cost reduction initiatives and other financial decisions that impact the organizations growth and profitability. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations tax laws and internal policies. Leading and mentoring finance teams providing guidance on daytoday activities and career development.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 5 to 8 years of finance experience in the automotive industry. Strong understanding of automotive finance including dealership operations inventory management and vehicle financing. Proven leadership abilities with the capability to drive change and influence stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling analysis tools and ERP systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to nonfinance stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement. CPA CFA or similar professional certification is a plus. Native Arabic Speaking candidates preferred. Working Days 6 days a week. Please apply if you are willing to work 6 days a week.
