JOB SUMMARY SALES ADMIN
As a Sales Admin you will be responsible for providing support for sales activities. The ideal candidate should have a previous work experience as Admin or Admin Assistant in a busy environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible to provide support to the management team within the companys sales department.
- Tele sales and processing orders visa calls and messages.
- Monitor and respond to our customers inquiries on the digital platforms including Whatsapp and Instagram.
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
- Responsible for accurately and timely preparing sales orders booking order forms and other data entry tasks.
- Maintain different customer samples upon receiving from the supplier.
- Follow up with customers and close orders.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- 12 years work experience supporting the sales or operations departments.
- Organization and time management skills
- Proactive hard working and responsible
- Highly motivated and can work under pressure
- Good communication and inter personal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working days: Monday to Saturday
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: Up to AED3000.00 per month
