Sales Center Manager - Al Nexzit Consults

Job Information

• Lead and manage the sales center operations including sales activities customer service and team performance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies goals and initiatives to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives providing coaching training and performance feedback to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
• Monitor sales metrics KPIs and performance indicators to track progress identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers partners and stakeholders to support sales efforts and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field. Masters degree or MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales management or leadership roles preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles techniques and best practices.
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
