Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant youll be the backbone of our daily operations assisting managers and employees managing office needs and ensuring our companys administrative activities run smoothly. This role is perfect for those who excel in a fastpaced environment and are looking to make a significant impact.

Role Description:

  • Support to managers and employees.
  • Assist in daily office needs and manage general administrative activities.
  • Prepare reports and invoices organise filing systems and handle correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments and plan meetings.

DaytoDay Work:

  • Organising schedules and coordinating meetings.
  • Assisting Sales managers with invoicing
  • Managing communications and office supplies.
  • Acting as a contact point for internal and external clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative roles with excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to professionalism.
  • Based in Dubai ready to join a leading maritime company.
