Warehouse Administrator

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
• Verify product quantities and ensure they match packing slips and purchase orders.
• Locate, pick, pack, and ship outgoing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using our warehouse management system (WMS).
• Organize and maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Conduct regular cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Generate reports as needed.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with colleagues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred).
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
