Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized loan solutions.
Conduct thorough financial analysis and credit assessments to determine loan eligibility and risk.
Meet sales targets by proactively sourcing new clients and cross-selling loan products.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, loan applications, and disbursements.
