Job Description
- Bachelor's degree holder/MBA degree specializing in HR
- Certification SHRM CP preferable
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on business partnering and strategic HR.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, and experience ensuring compliance.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in the technology industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage HR metrics to drive decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
