Develop and deliver required contract, departmental, project and/or financial reports.
Facilitate communication requirements across an entire agency.
Develop and implement communication plans. Provide recommendations on communication approaches for clients.
Ability to provide additional support or backfill manning gaps for advisement efforts with Federal, Private, Foreign and Academic programs, as needed.
Uses the DEIA Maturity Framework and Constituent Relationship Management Tool to facilitate identification, categorization, documentation, collaboration, and reporting of current and future Partners.
Acts as a technical liaison with partners
Coordinates OPSEC and Insider Threat partnership activities, including assessments, briefings, trainings and evaluations.
Uses NarQuest to receive, process, and monitor requests for specific services
Qualifications
Requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph
BS+3 or 9 years without degree
Strong written and oral communication skills required.
Previous partnership engagement, Outreach, Insider threat, or OPSEC experience desired.
Experience with working in the Intelligence Community desired
