- Ensure the shift adheres to both the quality and quantity standards for final or sub-assembled products.
- Maintain operational efficiency and safety by keeping machinery operational as per established protocols.
- Implement maintenance strategies for automatic assembly lines to minimize downtime and enhance performance.
- Promote a clean and orderly environment, ensuring machinery and work areas meet safety and organizational standards.
- Quickly and effectively troubleshoot process issues to maintain continuous production.
- Train team members on basic maintenance procedures and troubleshooting techniques for each machine component.
- Oversee the quality plan's implementation for processes and products, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Promptly report any abnormalities or potential issues that could affect production processes to management.
- Actively seek opportunities for process, machinery, and material improvements and participate in implementing feasible enhancements.
Requirements- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the industry.
- A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in maintaining automatic small component manufacturing lines.
- Prior production management experience is beneficial.
- Knowledge of pneumatic systems, sensors, and fiber optics is an advantage.
