- Independently generating new business leads and nurturing relationships with potential clients. Spearheading new marketing initiatives and coordinating with different teams to bolster sales efforts. Enhancing product and service awareness in the market to amplify influence and drive future sales.
- Delivering compelling presentations on company offerings to expand market reach and penetrate new territories.
- Regularly creating and analysing sales and financial reports to monitor performance. Additionally, this role includes training team members and fostering their professional growth.
- Implementing effective customer service procedures to maximize customer satisfaction. - Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of the sales cycle, including responding to RFPs, managing tenders, and overseeing the sales pipeline to deliver tailored, integrated solutions that meet clients’ needs.
- Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
- Conducting thorough research to identify new business opportunities and familiarising with industry specific services.
- Collaborating closely with the Commercial and Sales teams to generate leads across various business sectors.
- Maintaining an up-to-date database to enhance client acquisition.
Requirements- A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Aviation, from a recognized university.
- A minimum of two years of experience in Customer Service or Sales, ideally within the Aviation, Travel, Air Freight, or Cargo sectors. - Bilingual capabilities.
- Fluency in English with professional competency in reading, listening, writing, and speaking. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite are preferred.
