Dispensing prescription medication accurately and efficiently.
Providing patient counseling and education on medication use and potential side effects.
Reviewing medication orders for appropriateness and potential interactions.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive medication plans for patients.
Monitoring patient medication adherence and making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medication records.
