Digital Marketing Manager

LHH is actively seeking a dynamic individual with 4+ years of marketing experience to join our client's team in Brookhaven, MS! As the Marketing Manager you'll oversee all marketing activities, from planning to execution. Your primary responsibility will be to create an annual marketing plan aligned with company objectives and goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orchestrating and executing paid media efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop annual marketing plan with measurable goals
• Manage and optimize paid search, social, and promotional campaigns
• Utilize social media and SEO for brand promotion
• Coordinate industry event logistics from registration to shipping
• Understand company products, competitors, and customer demographics
• Utilize creative design for effective ads
• Explore new promotional opportunities
• Supervise social influencers and brand ambassadors
• Manage marketing giveaways
• Regularly communicate with Sales, Customer Service, and other internal teams

Requirements:

• 4+ YOE in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or other equivalent experience
• Paid media and paid social media experience *must have
• Understanding of marketing principles, products/services, and market dynamics
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with effective presentation abilities
• Capacity to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling presentations to VP and/or Executive team
• Prior experience with CRM marketing platforms, preferably Insightly CRM
• Willingness to travel to industry events as required, with up to 20% travel
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience
