Site Production Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather assets for video production projects.
• Create and maintain production timelines.
• Organize data, including video and photo files, project files, etc.
• Manage and track approvals throughout the production process.
• Communicate video and motion graphic specifications to relevant teams.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines.
• Deliver final video products on time and within budget.

Key Competencies:

• Proficiency in providing and maintaining clear and concise organization and structure of digital data, including video and photo files, project files, etc.
• Deep knowledge of video and photo files, including industry-standard formats, encoding, resolutions, codecs, naming conventions, aspect ratios, and more.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in video production coordination or related role.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
