SR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

🌍 Where you’ll do it: This role is In-Office (based out of Bangalore, India)

🏁 An initial screening of the resume leads to a 3-stage interview process lasting at least a week: ➡️ 15-minute TA chat ➡️45-minute Technical Round ➡️45 - minute final interview with the Department Head to assess a culture fit

Technical Requirements

• Should have the strong working knowledge of Windows, Linux & MAC OS platforms.
• Strong working knowledge in configuring & troubleshooting various hardware such as laptops, printers, servers, scanners, etc.,
• Installing and configuring new software & applications as per project requirement.
• Good working knowledge of Google workspace, Microsoft Office 365 & MS Teams platforms.
• Good working knowledge in Active Directory, DHCP, DNS Services, File sharing & drive mapping.
• Lead deskside support efforts, Patch & security management, End point security software, IT security policies.
• Manage Assets, stock inventory refill and maintain records.
• Manage ISP and other OEM vendors. Raise compliant, follow-up & close the issues.
• Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP configuration, IP Sec/SSL VPN configuration, Network monitoring, LAN & WAN configuration.
• Good working knowledge in Firewall configuration (FortiGate/Cisco/Sonicwall)
• Good working knowledge in Site to Site, IP Sec/SSL, Windows remote VPN configurations.
• Knowledge of Clusters, Storage, Backups, Data Export/Import, Monitoring tools and disaster recovery.
• Familiar with IT ticketing tools.
• Good in technical documentation, preparing knowledge articles & educate users.
• Should be flexible and ready to work in rotational/weekend shifts.
• CCNA/MCSE/MCSA/AWS/Azure certification is preferred.
