Sales Coordinator - Haier Gulf

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in the Home Appliances industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team and coordinating salesrelated activities to contribute to the overall success of the organization. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the smooth and efficient sales process from lead generation to order fulfillment. Assist in preparing and organizing sales proposals presentations and contracts. Maintain and manage sales databases and customer records to ensure accurate and uptodate information. Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing logistics and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales activities. Assist in monitoring sales performance metrics and preparing sales reports for management review. Support the sales team in organizing sales events trade shows and product demonstrations. Stay updated on industry trends market developments and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar administrative role preferably in the home appliances or related industry. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook). MS Office skills with expertise in excel we are talking pivot tables. Vlookups. Hlookups. No data hiccups. Just data hookups. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment and willingness to adapt to changing priorities. A proactive and collaborative approach with a strong sense of accountability and ownership of tasks. A diploma or bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field is preferred.
