Senior Accountant - Guildhall

The Role
Guildhall a premier recruitment agency is recruiting a Senior Accountant for our client a leading holding company managing a diverse real estate investment portfolio. We are seeking an experienced professional with a background in real estate or similar multibusiness environments such as Emirati family holding companies. Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements Manage the daytoday accounting operations including accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger Lead the monthend and yearend closing processes Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors as needed

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA or CA certification preferred Proven experience as a senior accountant or similar role preferably in the real estate sector or multibusiness environments Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
