Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure project related Quantity Takeoff are measured accurately at all stages of the project in relation to variations, major material ordering, contra charges etc
Ensure Subcontractor’s Payments are made in accordance with relevant Subcontract Agreement and Supply Orders
To carryout measurements as per the relevant standard method of measurement under the Main Contract where applicable.
To prepare relevant summary of the quantity takeoff for major material ordering, Variations, contra charges etc.
