- Develop and implement purchasing strategies according to the needs and objectives of the company
- Ensure monitoring of the procurement process supplier selection and contract negotiation
- Establish and maintain relationships with different stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts optimally while ensuring the quality of products and services
- Ensure compliance and quality of products according to regulations
- Prepare regular reports on the activities and performance of the purchasing department for Management
- Ensure team management
Job Requirements
- Holds a university degree in purchasing management business management or a related field.
- Have significant experience of at least 5 years in the construction sector in Luxembourg as well as in the Greater Region
- Excellent leadership ability with proven team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
