Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor inventory levels.
Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels
Monitoring the current parts inventory
Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labelling them
Purchase the correct parts & overseeing special orders
Collaborating with workshop supervisor to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs
Supervising and training parts department staff members
Maintain clean and tidy workplace
Provide Service Department with proper parts and tools to perform vehicle repairs.
Keep fast moving parts in stock while minimalizing obsolescence
