Oversee the 24x7 monitoring of network infrastructure and cloud environments to ensure uptime, performance, and security.
Implement and maintain monitoring tools and systems to proactively identify and address network issues and potential security threats.
Develop and refine monitoring procedures and escalation protocols to optimize response times and minimize downtime.
