Job Description
- BSC/BA in Education technology, instructional design
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in learning and development
- Experience with designing and delivering eLearning content is essential.
- Knowledge of learning theories, instructional design, and evaluation models.
- Ability to adopt a wide variety of approaches to learning and development, including social learning methods.
- Solid knowledge of course development software (Articulate, Lectora, Adobe Captivate, iSpring etc.) and at least one Learning Management System with proficiency in dealing with SCORM packages and xAPI integration.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Lesson and curriculum planning skills
- Strong visualisation skills
- Ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
