Develop and execute a marketing technology tech strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives
Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of marketing technology platforms, including CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing technology initiatives, processes and workflows.
Define and implement processes for lead management, lead scoring, and lead nurturing and integration into sales to optimize conversion rates and accelerate sales cycles.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing technology initiatives, and provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
Oversee the management of budgets, staffing, and other resources to ensure efficient execution of marketing initiatives.
Oversee the reporting, managing systems, and programme management of key projects, and drive better efficiencies within our marketing organisation
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization throughout the marketing function including the Procurement processes
