Job Captain

Working on the design and technical aspects of the project

Will be using Autocad and revit to complete corporate tenant improvements thorugh design phase and production phase.

Prepare construction documents for the construction phase

Must know how to correct and generate redlines since this will be a daily task

Each week you will attend workload meetings and get assignments from principal or project manager

May occasionally have to manage a team of 2-3 drafters or designers on various projects

Make sure all drawings are complaint to CA codes

Landlord improvement work will be 3,000 to 40,000 sq ft

Current pipeline and workflow consists of:

corporate interior

corporate TI or corporate tenant improvement work

landlord TI or landlord tenant improvement

Will need to be in office at least 4 days a week for team communication

Skills:

corporate interiors, corporate TI, autocad, landlord, site survey, sketchup, leed, revit

Notes:

They use a multitude of softwares with Revit and autocad being the main 2, but they also use other softwares such as sketchup.

Project pipeline will include landlord tenant imporvement or landlord TI work. This is in addition to the the corporate TI and interior work.

Leed accredation is a nice to have
