Customer Care & Administrative Duties
- Manage all internal and external sales and marketing reported issues, negative interactions, and customer complaints.
- Assist in providing in-services, training, and additional support for agencies, facilities, and all accounts under TWP.
- Serve as a liaison between the clinical supervisor, clinicians, other departments, and external customers.
- Collaborate with administrative staff to optimize clinical workflows, streamline processes, and improve efficiency.
- Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for the clinical department.
- Identify metrics and formulate quarterly goals for the team to achieve.
- Attend all required meetings for the Clinical Manager role.
- Submit progress reports monthly to the Clinical Leadership team.
- Commit to professional development and participate in departmental pilot testing of new products, projects, and programs.
ATTRIBUTES NEEDED FOR THE ROLE
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, health services administration, or similar.
- Master's degree in a related field preferred.
- RN or, more significant, licensure. (Compact State License)
- Wound Care Certification or intent to be certified within six months.
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Performance exceeding expectations based on the last performance review.
What You Have Already Achieved
- Experience managing or supervising clinicians in a healthcare facility (SNF, Hospice, etc.)
- Ability to supervise and motivate clinic staff to perform their duties efficiently.
- Exceptional organizational skills to ensure that quality services are provided.
- Knowledge of procuring supplies, equipment, and staff needed at the clinic.
- Proficiency in managing budgets, billing, and negotiating with suppliers and vendors.
- Competency with computer-based healthcare administration systems- MediXcel EMR.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for liaising with patients, healthcare providers, and specialists, as well as the public.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to adapt, learn quickly, and teach others
- Proficient use of MS Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, etc.
