Responsibilities:
- Source new business opportunities and create leads for parking equipment ancillary productsservices and projects by researching industry and related events publications and announcements; tracking new constructions facilities etc.
- Executing sales of the company products and services and securing new contracts for the organization.
- Build relationships and list company products with prominent Contractors ConsultantsDevelopers and clients.
- Prepare seek approvals and submit proposals to clients for services & products provided by the
company
- Follow up on sales leads to ensure that we are the preferred vendor and close sales deals.
- Protects organizations values and business interests by keeping information confidential.
- Account Management by maintaining client relationships and renewing existing contracts.
- Research for new products and services explore new business opportunities and potential market.
- Update and maintain client contacts and contract records.
- Prepare / Update company s marketing & sales materials (company profile brochures sales ppt etc)
- Prepare quotes and proposal for submission to clients against enquiries.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested
Qualification & Experience:
Engineering Graduate from a recognized university.
8 years experience in Sales / Business Development.
Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
