- Responsible for the provision of Planning, Estimating, Cost Management, change control and all associated reporting to individual contracts within the UK.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Project Controls across the UK region.
- Support of the Continuous Improvement process both within the Company as a whole and within the Operations Excellence Function
- Promote Project Controls Awareness throughout the Company
- Identify points of vulnerability by managing interventions on projects and conducting peer and deep dive reviews
Proposal And Start-up Activities
- Responsible for providing relevant bid responses and inputs.
- Client alignment sessions and presentations in support of identify and acquire activities.
- Initial resourcing for bids and start-up activities.
- CEP/PCP development.
- Driving system and PC blueprint implementation.
- Co-ordinating PBI report implementation.
- Provide overall assurance for project controls related items during start-up.
- Conduct post start-up assurance reviews.
