Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner to understand their fishing and marine equipment needs.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on the selection of fishing rods, reels, tackle, boating accessories, and other marine equipment.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the merchandise
- .Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by offering product comparisons, explaining pricing, and discussing payment options.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays.
